PETER B. TIEMANN, ATTORNEY AT LAW

Peter B. Tiemann is a certified criminal law specialist, by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the California Public Defenders Association, National College for DUI Defense, and the California DUI Defenders Association. Mr. Tiemann is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. Mr. Tiemann is accepted to practice in all federal and state courts in California. Mr. Tiemann defends those individuals accused of serious felonies and misdemeanors. Mr. Tiemann also litigates civil rights violations

Mr. Tiemann completed his undergraduate studies in political science at the University of California, Davis, and studied international business at Humboldt University, Germany. He completed his law degree at the University of San Diego, School of Law. While completing his law degree, Mr. Tiemann studied business law at the London School of Economics, England and environmental law at Duke University, Indiana.

ROLAND X. TIEMANN, ATTORNEY AT LAW

Roland X. Tiemann graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sacramento State University, California with a pre-med degree in the Biological Sciences. Mr. Tiemann has extensive training in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, physiology, and genetics. Mr. Tiemann completed his law degree at Lincoln Law School, Sacramento.

JELENA TIEMANN, ATTORNEY AT LAW

Jelena Tiemann graduated from CSUS with a degree in Political Science and completed her law degree at Lincoln Law School, Sacramento.  Mrs. Tiemann worked for both the Sacramento Public Defender’s Office and El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office handling misdemeanor, felony and juvenile cases.  As a bankruptcy attorney, she handled bankruptcy cases in Federal Court involving large businesses and complicated property and income tax issues.

As a Deputy District Attorney, Ms Tiemann handled a heavy case load of misdemeanor, felony and juvenile cases. She tried numerous cases in front of both juries and judges with a very high conviction rate. Now, she is committed to use her knowledge and experience to represent you and protect your legal rights

GRANT A. WINTER, ATTORNEY AT LAW

Grant A. Winter graduated from ColgateUniversity with degrees in English and Political Science.  He  completed his law degree at Mc George School of Law, Sacramento and studied international business at the Kenneth Wang School of Law,  Suzhou, China

JOHN WADDELL, PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR

John Waddell has workplace and personal injury investigation duties which include taking witness statements, photographing accident sites and interacting on a sometimes-daily basis with clients. Mr. Waddell has eighteen years experience in law enforcement, seventeen years as a criminal justice instructor, and ten years as a local criminal defense private investigator. He investigates cases in Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Amador, and Yolo Counties. Mr. Waddell has 18 years of law enforcements experience including 10 with the Los Angeles Police Department Traffic Division. Now he works for the defense analyzing, consulting and documenting the crime scene for use at trial.
