Driving Under the Influence, or “DUI,” is one of the leading causes of auto accidents in the United States.  As a crime, DUI receives a great deal of public attention because people who drive under the influence not only put themselves at risk, but often cause catastrophic collisions and endanger the lives of innocent drivers, passengers and pedestrians.  Yet despite the attention given to the criminal aspect of DUI, many injured victims of DUI accidents are left with little recourse unless they hire their own experienced legal representation.
